April 20, 2025: He is Risen

Brian Coons brought us a wonderful Resurrection Sunday message.

Romans 8:1-2 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death.

He challenged us as Christians - Are we really living like we have no condemnation?

Jesus took our judgement and paid the price that we could not pay! We all had a judgement against us so only He who was without sin could step in and take the ruling against us on himself and pay it all. He died and rose again and ascended to His rightful place at the right hand of the Father. Now those of us who are in Christ are seen through the lens of the empty grave! Hallelujah!

We celebrate that our Savior rose from the tomb on Resurrection Sunday, but what about tomorrow?

Brian encouraged us that to live like we have no condemnation we would:

-Live with Purpose

-Walk in Hope

-Share the Good News

-Live in Gratefulness
